I had a mixed experience at Springs Hotel And Spa. While the location is perfect, right in downtown Hot Springs, and they made a sweet effort for my wedding anniversary, the condition of the hotel needs attention. My room didn’t seem to match the quality of the other, and housekeeping was lacking. Overall, I would consider returning, but only if improvements are made. 🎉💔
